2010 was a good year. Saw almost all of my family either in Madison, Wisconsin or in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Or in Seattle, Washington. I don't know why I have the urge to type complete state names, but I also saw my parents in St. Louis, Missouri. Or Saint Louis, Missouri. Some family I saw 3 times this year, so not seeing everyone at Christmas time was okay. Come to think of it, I saw the Parents twice, siblings: Mike once, Mark once, Deb twice and David three times.
Had some great shows, including creating a lot of new material for either Joke Lab, or Out of the Wheelhouse or Shooting Gallery. Learned to snow ski. Had great visits with friends in Seattle, Los Angeles and Las Vegas (Nevada) and Springfield, Illinois. Did the entire Abe Lincoln in Springfield tour.
And my friends in Los Angeles continue to be great.

2011 - Hip Hip Hooray!!!
I greet the New Year with as much optimism as I can have. I am going to buckle down and face the New Year with a renewed sense of purpose. Is it possibly futile? Sure! But that's all we can do as humans, is have hope and focus on what it is we can do to shape our world and more importantly ourselves. Hip Hip Hooray to 2011!!!
